First hands-on experience in e-commerce or online marketing?
Are you fluent in German and have solid English skills – written and spoken?
Already familiar with CMS, shop systems or inventory management tools?

YOUR TASKS

• Product maintenance, webshop and Amazon order management
• Order control and returns processing in back office
• Maintaining online marketing channels (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest)
• Community management
• End customer and B2B support via email
• Performance analysis and reporting in Excel
• Research, market analysis, and business development
• General administrative and organizational support
